While I never tell any of my patients to adopt a vegan lifestyle if they don’t want to - it’s hard! - the closer we can get to a plant-based lifestyle, the healthier we will be and the better we will feel. Less cancer, heart disease, arthritis, sleep apnea, and the list goes on.
