With a direct primary care membership, patients receive high-quality, personalized healthcare services at an affordable price. Benefits of membership include:

• Save 75-90% off most medications, labs, procedures, and x-rays compared to the traditional healthcare system. How is this possible? We don’t bill insurance and we contract directly with medication distributors and labs. For example, a thyroid blood test often costs over $250 through a hospital-owned clinic. We charge $8.

• Health system counseling and care coordination- Since our services won’t cover every health problem (emergency care, surgeries, etc.), we assist patients in navigating the complex healthcare system:

  • Delegating higher level care to the appropriate location (i.e., recommending an urgent care vs. the emergency room)

  • Referral to specialists when appropriate

  • Quick follow up with your doctor after a hospitalization or major illness

Age 0-18 $49/mo, accompanying adult membership required

Age 19-49 $87/mo

Age 50+ $107/mo

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $75 per patient in order to gather, review, and update all medical records. For patients who are curious about direct care or about working with Dr. Hagopian and want to try us out before making a firm commitment, we also offer a 1 hour visit for $350, which can then be applied towards subsequent months of membership if the patient decides to join our practice.

Home visits are available if deemed appropriate by the physician and based on physician availability. An extra charge will apply.
